1. What exactly is Tidecasters?
Tidecasters is a podcast hosting storefront for podcast hosting plans. The pages describe publishing, analytics, and commercial tools by subscription tier.
2. Will you grow my audience?
No. Tidecasters hosts your shows but never promises audience growth. Audience size, discovery, retention, and business outcomes depend on many factors outside a hosting platform.
3. One-time payment?
The listed plan amount is charged once at checkout. Contact support for service renewal.
4. Access?
After payment confirmation, contact support with your order number to arrange access.
5. Offline?
The website itself is designed for normal browser access. Podcast listeners may use their preferred offline listening features through compatible podcast apps.
6. Browsers?
Use a current version of a mainstream browser with JavaScript enabled. The storefront is responsive and keyboard-accessible.
7. Four plans difference?
Drift is a one-podcast personal tier; Reef expands to three podcasts and commercial use; Current adds ten podcasts, 200 storage hours, comparison trends and five seats; Tidal adds unlimited podcasts/storage, custom reports, ad scheduling, dynamic ad insertion and fifteen seats.
8. Upgrade or downgrade?

9. Cancel?
There is no automatic renewal through this checkout.
10. Refund?
Contact support with your order number and review the Refund Policy.
11. Who owns my show?
100% belongs to the creator, subject to the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, and display the content. RSS can be migrated out subject to the relevant feed and platform mechanics.
12. Can I upload copyrighted music?
Only if you have the rights or permissions required to upload and distribute it. Upload only content you have rights to. Tidecasters does not grant music licenses.
13. What stats do you track?
The plan pages describe analytics at a feature level. Metrics can include episode performance and listener geography where the plan says so. Analytics should not be treated as guaranteed audience forecasting.
14. Dynamic ad insertion?
Dynamic ad insertion is a Tidal feature in this product specification. Sponsor markers and CPM estimation are available on Current; the exact tools differ by plan.
15. Team seats?
Current includes 5 seats. Tidal includes 15 seats. Drift and Reef include 1 seat each.
